Research the life and accomplishments of a world famous scientist or inventor.
You may work with one partner or alone.
You will select, at random, a scientist or an inventor.
Your project will be in the form of a PowerPoint presentation.
An oral presentation to your class will be required

What was the contribution made to science (invention or discovery)?
How has this discovery/invention been a benefit to humankind?
Did the scientist win a prize for his/her work? If so, what was the prize?
